These terms and conditions were last updated on 26/11/2018. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our refers to www.jakartawines.com. “You” or “your” refers to the person accessing, using, or ordering from our website.

Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it delivered when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Payment methods
You may order online using a credit/ debit card and bank transfers via our payment gateway, Doku and Midtrans. Both Doku and Midtrans are PCI-DSS Level 1, meaning to say that they have met the most rigorous of industry standards for payments and information security. Your debit / credit card details are safe with us and we will not misuse the information that we gathered from you in any way that will not benefit you, furthermore harm you. Delivery arrangements
For now, we can only deliver to Java and Sumatra. We guarantee that delivery within Jakarta will take no more than 24 hours, while delivery within Java a maximum of 5 working days, and Sumatra, 14. Utmost care will be taken to individually bubble wrap your bottle purchases to prevent breakage. However, deliveries addressed to further cities will require you to purchase a wooden crate to prevent damage of goods for a small amount of money.

What data do we collect?
We hold your information for the purpose of administering your account, fulfilling orders and marketing. During registration and ordering process we may collect some or all of the following information.
*   Your name and address
*   Your contact telephone numbers (to enable us to contact you in the event of a query)
*   Your e-mail address
*   For credit / debit card purchases, your card details
*   Confirmation you are over 21 years of age (this is required to ensure inappropriate goods are not shipped to minors)
*   Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
We also collect non-personal information on general website usage; how people arrive at and navigate the website, and how visitors use the pages offered. This information provides essential feedback for us showing the effectiveness of our online marketing. This information is not directly correlated against individuals.

We will never pass on your email address or telephone number to any third party for the purposes of marketing, we may transfer to one of our sub suppliers for the contractual purposes of administering your order.

Cooling period and cancellation / returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. This means that If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, you may contact us within 3 days from receival of goods and we will issue you a refund within 30 days of cancellation and receival of refunded goods. However, we are not responsible for damage of goods caused during shipping/delivery, as we entrust shipping and delivery to another company. We will try to ask for compensation for damaged goods from entrusted shipping and delivery company, but we do not guarantee that compensation will be given.

It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). Unless the goods are defective or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
